Jean-Luc Delvaux joins the business. Delectro specializes more in automation and repairs of doors, gates and barriers. At the end of the 1990s, the team grew larger, but the warehouse and office remained in the original location.
The first move to a larger warehouse in Kortenberg. At that time, the name of the company is changed to Portomatic, as the activities are only in the sector of gates, gates and barriers . Shortly after the name change, they start installing gates.
Jean-Luc Delvaux and his wife acquire Portomatic. At that time, the company employs 5 people.
Portomatic moves to a larger location on Tollaan in the industrial park of Sint-Stevens-Woluwe. A few years later, they move again to a larger location. Portomatic continues to grow.
Today, 17 people work at Portomatic. Together we serve thousands of customers in Brussels and Brabant.
